Accursed/Lord?

The descriptions “accursed,” and “Lord,” are polar opposites. Something accursed is pledged for destruction; Lord, on the other hand, means absolute ownership, pledged for usefulness. By His resurrection, Jesus proved that those He owns will not suffer destruction; the seal of the indwelling Holy Spirit will help the latter be realized. “Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, ‘Jesus is accursed’; and no one can say, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ except by the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:3 (NASV)
