A preacher once said, "There is never a right time to do a wrong thing; there is never a wrong time to to the right thing.” In the wake of this statement, we are sometimes left with the difficulty of understanding or admitting the difference. When faced with these choices, we must rely on our understanding of God's desires and our consciences. Through study of the scripturers and clarification provided by the Holy Spirit, our consciences can help us to understand the best actions and opinions when these challenges arise. "For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." Heb. 4:12.
